Axona supplies bespoke data acquisition hardware and software for biomedical researchers. We aim to provide state-of-the-art products for electrophysiological recording, experimental control and data analysis.

Our major product is DacqUSB, a data acquisition system for the recording of multiple single neurons in behaving animals (the photo below shows a 64-channel version of this system).

Axona systems are known for their user-friendliness, and for the ease with which the recording systems interface with other kinds of behavioural neuroscience apparatus.
