Our analyseWM program performs watermaze-type analyses on spatial data collected with one of our video trackers.
It computes a variety of standard measures on the stored trajectory, including path length, escape latency, speed, and direction, either by quadrant or subsegments of quadrants.
Outputs are produced numerically, as shown in the example to the right (click on it for a close-up).
In addition, the stored trajectory is plotted along with an optional occupancy map. Results can be presented individually on a trial by trial basis, or as the mean or median values of a set of trials combined.
