We supply various accessories to support electrophysiological recording:
▪ ”Headstages” are miniature, unity gain buffer amplifier circuits which are located directly at the electrode implant site, and isolate eletrodes from the cables that feed their signals to the data acquisition system.
▪ ”Microdrives” hold electrodes and move them into or through the desired brain area at very slow rates, while maintaining sufficient stability to allow the same cells to be recorded over long periods
▪ Extremely fine wire for making electrodes
▪ Test signal generators for checking the integrity of the recording setup prior to running experiments.
