Software - spike and behavioural analysis

Our primary data analysis program is Tint, a tetrode-based cluster-cutting program that runs under UNIX and Windows.

Partly associated with Tint, fRate uses clusters cut using Tint and performs various firing rate and spatial behaviour analyses. It also provides a basis for exporting data to other analysis software, such as Excel.

For non-electrophysiological data, we offer analyseWM, a program which performs watermaze-type analyses on spatial data collected with one of our video trackers.
